Did I mention I do everything old school and by hand? Haha.. I'm not very good at it either.. but improving! Anyway, I'm going away for a couple weeks and had a bunch of apples to get rid of so I thought I'd bake something! :)
3 chopped apples!
Coffee cake batter.

Mmmmm.. perfect coffee cake in the morning.
