Ingredients:
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 tbsp amaretto liqueur
Recipe for ice cream maker:
- Make sure ice cream machine bowl is frozen.
- Mix everything in a large bowl with a whisk.
- Pour mix into ice cream machine bowl.
- Turn machine on and leave for approximately 20 minutes.
- When the ice cream changes into a fluffy texture and is nearly overflowing, transfer into a tupperware container.
- Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
