Slow cooked beef bourguignon.
Paul started everything in the morning, in the slow cooker.
We came and we skimmed!
Pearl onions. We LOVE.
Add in some mushrooms.
Put it in the pot.
Add in the red, red wine.
And perfect! With a little baguette. :)
