Goat cheese sun-dried tomato omelette brunch at home.
Three eggs, whipped up with a little milk, pepper and garlic salt. Crumbled goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
I gotta say--I make one mean omelette. :)
With hash-browns and breakfast sausage. This was awesome. Now, to the gym I go! :)
