Romaine tossed with hummus, Spokane, WA.

I don't know what it was, but lately I just have no appetite. Thus, I've been keeping things simple.. Simple like tossed romaine with a little vinaigrette dressing I made and some hummus. I'm totally a fan of putting hummus in salads!
