Dinner at Hibiscus, Oakland, CA.
Amuse. I'm sad to say this and our appetizer were the better parts of our meal. These little fritters were yummy and the homemade habanero sauce was nice and spicy.
Fried plantains.
Lamb shank.
Fried chicken.
