
And I used some Morning Star fake chicken--LOVE--with some romaine, tomatoes and the last of my homemade Italian dressing! Delish!

Whole wheat spaghetti.

I used some pesto I had frozen, garlic, a little milk and some salt 'n pepper.

In go the noodles, slightly undercooked, and tomatoes.

And topped with some black pepper and pine nuts. Mmmmmm. This tasted pretty awesome. :)
P.S. I think it should be said that the entrees I plate and photo are usully two portions. I photograph them and then put half in tupperware for leftovers! Yay!
