Spice crusted salmon with mango pineapple salsa.
Spice mix and paprika rub.
Seared skin side first.
A bit burnt? I'm calling it spice-crusted. :)
And with jasmine rice and the mango pineapple salsa I made a couple days ago. This was verrrry yummy!
