apple-cheese salad beecher’s flagship cheese, apples, white balsamic-honey dressing (V)Not enough cheese, but the butter-lettuce was so fresh and crisp and delicious! The dressing was nice, too, but overall, it was just a little too simple (Even aesthetically, no?) and I would have preferred it tossed.
mushroom pizza crimini mushrooms, coppa, smoked mozzarella & caramelized onions (V)Very yummy mushrooms, but the overall pizza wasn't my favorite and was more like a flatbread, really.
Now, this isn't to say that Latah Bistro is bad. The food there is usually very good, actually. I just should have gotten their lunchtime French-onion soup and sandwich deal. ;)
