Korean style Japanese crispy rice cakes.

I just made a regular batch of rice, mixed it with the Korean packet of chopped veggies, a little rice vinegar and a little olive oil (My roommate is allergic to sesame!). Then I rolled them into these rice balls.

I put some olive oil on a pan, pressed the balls flat to make little patties and then toasted each side.

Crispy and soooooo delicious! I was craving these. :)
