Making dinner for the roommates: salad, cornbread and ribs.

Mixed greens, hard-boiled egg, yellow bell pepper, shredded pepper-jack, chopped ham.

Honey mustard vinaigrette: honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, garlic seasoning.

Ribs on top, cornbread on bottom. I just took the ribs, slathered them in BBQ sauce, covered them in soil and baked them for 2.5 hours.

Spicy strawberry jam for the cornbread. I just mixed some Asian hot sauce with strawberry preserves. It was awesome!

Cooooorbread! It was a little overcooked, but it was actually nice that way. The sides/bottom were had a nice crispy crunch that was quite delicious.

Ribs. So delicious. Falling off the bone. Love.

I meant to take a photo of a plate, but forgot to. This meal was pretty great though. :)
