My friend Eve was in town from Spokane and wanted to go to the Cheesecake Factory. We had dinner and topped it all off by sharing a slice of this ridiculous cheesecake! It was an amazing mix of two of my favorite things: cheesecake and red velvet cake. It was very good, but I don't even understand how they pack so many calories into there!
