Oysters at Bouchon, The Venetian, The Strop, Las Vegas.

The mussels were good, but the oysters were absolutely amazing. The two on pairs on the left were from Washington and on the right, British Columbia. The BC ones were our favorite and we got another half-dozen of those! I wish I could have had more at Bouchon, but we'd been eating all day and just didn't have the room for it!

We walked the Canal at the Venetian afterwards, which was lovely. :)
