
Red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, chicken, sausage and spices.

With rice, corn and black beans.

Filling.

All rolled up with enchilada sauce. Ready to bake for about 30 minutes.

Pat just got back from Costa Rica and brought back their famous
Lizano Salsa! It's not spicy, but has this nice tangy
yumminess to it. :) I want to try to find somewhere that sells it in SF!
