White cheddar fusilli 'n cheese with shrimp and vegetables.

I'm a big fan of using fusilli or penne for mac 'n cheese. Macaroni is great, too--I just never seem to have it on hand.

Caramelizing onions with a little garlic.

Sharp white cheddar, truffle butter, the onions and garlic, a little salt and pepper, paprika and milk. This photo really isn't getting the creamy deliciousness!

Fusilli 'n cheese, topped with some breadcrumbs. Shrimp and veggies cooked with a little oil, balsalmic vinegar and some spices. Mmmmm!
