My spin on Safeway's spinach, quinoa and dried berry salad.

This was actually a new pre-packaged salad at Safeway--I'm impressed with their new selection! This is a dried fruit and quinoa spinach salad. I held off on their raspberry vinaigrette, added some feta and drizzled on some olive oil. Very good.
