We got San Francisco's very own It's-It ice cream sandwiches! They are oatmeal cookie ice cream sandwiches, dipped in dark chocolate--and yes, they are every bit as yummy as they sound! We also got a tub of Ben & Jerry's Phish Food because it's ammmmazing. :)Back to the It's-its though--I MUST recreate this cookie! I don't know how it remains so soft after being frozen, but they are the best oatmeal cookies ever.
