Trader Joe's blue cheese, gorgonzola flat bread.

Flat breads are turning more and more into pizzas. I don't know why it's fancier to call it "flat bread", unless it is actually a flatbread.. In any case, it was okay. It baked well, but it was just cheese and not super flavorful. I had to have it with Tapatio, of course. :) Good portions for the price and fairly low on calories! :)
