Bake Sale Baking Part 3: Lemon Bars.

I like to use these flat bottomed measuring cups to press out the dough--nice and even!

Mmmm.. cooling and then ready to dust with powdered sugar!

This was two days of hard baking, but I'm SO excited for the bake sale!!
