Breaded goat cheese and red grape salad.

We love, fresh, cold, crips, red grapes!

This is my first time working with (chevre) goat cheese! Make little patties..

Coat in breading..

And pan fry with a little olive oil. There might be a better way of doing this. It worked out okay, but didn't stay together the best.

Crisp romaine with a balsamic vin dressing, halved red grapes, and breaded goat cheese. This was SO yummy! Yay for goat cheese and yummy salads and cooking again! :)
