Cornmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, butter, veg oil, corn kernels, shredded cheese, jalapenos.

Yeaaa.. I got one of my itches to bake. :)

Uhhhh these are even better than I thought they would be. I love cooked jalapenos--so much spicier! Iwant to eat these always.
