Paper Masala Dosa

YAY! This is my new favorite Indian dish! It's crispy and light and huge and delicious! Awesome. The sauces are great, it's totally fun to eat and tastes fabulous. I definitely get why this is on the 7x7 things to eat before you die, list!

P's sister was in town for a wedding and we let her decide between: Indian, Mediterranean and Indonesian. She chose Indian and I'm so glad she did because of the Paper Masala Dosa!! :)
