BBQ chicken sandwich on Dutch crunch.

Left: BBQ ranch sauce, rotisserie chicken, pepper.
Right: smoked gouda, shredded pepper-jack, red onion, greed & red bell pepper.

Both on Dutch crunch, and into the oven you go! The trick with store bought Dutch crunch is to bake it.

Baked, then topped with tomato (I could have baked those, too, but decided not to) and romaine lettuce.

Hot (delicious!) mess of a sandwich! Love.
