SF International Chocolate Salon, Fort Mason, SF.

I'm was asked back as a judge for the 2010 SF International Chocolate Salon! Hurray! This year they are sending the chocolates to each judge this year, which is wonderful and a bit overwhelming! :) I started going through them.. Amano makes some very nice dark chocolates.

Saratoga Chocolates were amazing. Everything in here was delicious!

This block larger than my head! This Hawaiian milk chocolate was very nice.

Posh Chocolates--very nice truffles.

Dolce Bella. Mmmmmmm.
And the mountain of artisan chocolates that still awaits! Ay! A bit overwhelming, but no complaints, right? :) Judging ends Friday and then the event is next Saturday! Thank you Taste TV!
