My best friend in Spokane, Caitie's, mother, Kathy, might as well be Martha Stewart! She's an amazing cook, and an equally if not more fabulous baker! Here are her no-bake cookies and rice krispy treats! Absolutely scrumptious.

Curried chicken salad: Indian curry sauce, rotisserie chicken, apples, celery, cashews.

Salad: Romaine lettuce, toasted almonds, grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese, blue cheese vinigrette dressing.

Kathy's seven layer bars--an old favorite of mine! I remember when she would make these for us in high school.. sooo good! :)
