I mixed the Brussels Sprouts into the sauce mixture and put everything into a casserole dish. I stuck it in the oven for about 10 minutes. I must have forgotten to take a photo after, but it looked really nice, most of the yogurt and cheese baked into the sprouts so although they didn't look very saucy, they were quite flavorful!

Blurry. I'm obsessed with these sweet potato fries! Usually when you get sweet potato fries they are the thin cut that I don't like with sweet potato. These were soft and amazing! With a little warmed goat cheese--mmmmm!I didn't have my camera so I was waiting on Caitie's photos for this post. Gosh, we had a heckuva time finding this restaurant though! Most bizarre location--but that's typical for Spokane, I suppose. ;)
