Holy guacamole.

Tomatoes from my parents' garden! I'm very impressed!

Avocado.

Mashed with cilantro. Then salt, pepper, lime juice and red onion was added to this.

And voila! :)

Chicken sausage dog with sauteed veggies and sweet potato fries.

Costco has sweet potato fries! I know it's cheating, but this girl there was going on about how good these were so, naturally, I grabbed a 10lbs bag! ;)

Sauteed veggies: onions, jalapenos, green bell peppers.

Yummy meal. I also made an aioli to go with this, but forgot to take a photo. :) The sweet potato fries from Costco are indeed awesome!

Pig Out at The Park 2009, Riverfront Park, Spokane.

Pig Out is a key foodie event in Spokey! :)

Sooo many options--but we saw these noodles and knew we had to have them.

And you can't only try one thing.. so we shared the noodles and this BBQ pulled pork!

But we didn't finish the noodles and were still hungry, so we got a sausage! Check out those amazing sausage pinwheels!

UHHH.. YUMMY!

I wanted these, but my body wouldn't let me have them.

SO Spokane. :) I heart huckleberries, but we opted for a different dessert..

Crepes! Definitely not my favorite crepes--they used chocolate sauce, but I much prefer Nutella. I know it's different, but I'm just saying--I like Nutella in my chocolaty crepes.

Brunch with old friends at Cafe Marron, Browne's Addition, Spokane.

My tasty sandwich.

My Spokane friends and I always get desserts to share!

Delicious, and thus, devoured. :)

I heart Cafe Marron. It's a charming little spot in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Spokane, the historic Browne's Addition. The owners also have one of my favorite Spokane restaurants, Luna.

Asian style cold buckwheat noodles.

The sauce consists of ginger, garlic, wasabi, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Healthy and delicious.

Lunch at the lake, Coeur d'Alene, ID.

I love the lake. :)

After a wonderful little canoe ride, we had lunch.

This is what Nowell had for lunch. He LOVES this--wild rice, raw tofu and mustard. No joke. ;)

And this is what I ate. Now which looks more appetizing? Just saying.. haha. This was wild rice with peach mango salsa and goat cheese. Delicious.

Lake trip, Coeur d'Alene, ID.

Kitchy cabin kitchen. ;)

Beautiful porch table. Perfect weather.

Fiiiish. Nowell is a pesca-vegan. Very peculiar, but it works for him and we got to eat fish, so it works for me! :)

Mmmmm. I think this night was cod with peach mango salsa.

Simple salad with goat cheese (not for Nowell, of course). :)

Maggie Moo's ice cream, South Hill, Spokane.

Well, lookie here! Spokane is moving on up! We've got a Maggie Moo's now! ;)

Get this--they only charge for the cup so I got two different ice cream flavors with two different toppings! What a steal!

Mmmmmm. I only let myself eat Cold Stone-ish ice cream like twice a year, but when I do.. it's so worth it!

Quinn's and The Kingfish Cafe, Seattle, WA.

My old camera--my favorite camera in the whole world!--died, and so I got a new one in a crunch and, well, the flash on it was horrible.. So no photos for these awesome Seattle food establishments! Please, know that they are superb though. :)
