
Broccoli, red onion and currants. The currants are so great in this and balance out the broccoli well.

Dressing (I don't usually measure and kind of wing it.): Mayo, olive oil, honey, white vinegar, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar. I mix it separately, then toss with the salad.

In goes bacon. I baked the bacon to get it nice and crispy.

Lastly, adding toasted pecan bits. Cashews work well, too, but I didn't have any so I used these pecan bits. Mmmmmmmm. This is one of my favorite ways to have broccoli. :)
