Fiesta scramble with bacon blue cheese guacamole.
Eggs (mixed with a little milk, to add fluff), black beans, corn, tomato, red onion, cilantro.
Add a bit of Tapatio, sour cream and my
bacon blue cheese guacamole
. Yums!
