옴라이스 / Omurice: omelette filled with Korean fried rice.

Egg with a little cheddar, just about fully cooked, half-topped with fried rice. I made the rice earlier and it had: brown long grain rice; white long grain rice; onion; red bell pepper; green bell pepper; diced sausage; lime juice; fish sauce; soy sauce; olive oil.

Folded and flipped. My favorite part. :)

Annnnnnd served! :)


This is a "fusion food" that is popular in Korea and Japan. It's usually served with ketchup zig-zagged on top, but I had mine with some Tapatio.
